SMP Artist Training

The course that Celtic Hair Restoration Clinic provides is a 3-day course which will be covering all aspects of the theory and practical side of the world of Scalp Micropigmentation. We will be providing our students with live models so that the techniques being taught over the 3 days will be able to be put into practice with the necessary equipment also being provided on the days of the course so that the student can understand the SMP equipment and the various pigments that are in the market.

Your training will be provided by two SMP Artists for the duration of the course so that more one-to-one attention is given to the student and the class sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 students. Our SMP Artist has been in the industry for over 10 years and inspire students to become the best they can be as Scalp Micropigmentation Artist.

The theory aspect of the course gives students the knowledge on Hair Loss for men and women, the causes of hair loss, the types of hair loss and an understanding of The Norwood Scale and the Ludwig Scale. We will also be going through the various machines, needles, and pigments for an SMP procedure.

We will be explaining the process of having a Consultation with a client and the determining factors before a SMP treatment can be carried out. The aftercare and how to make SMP a viable business for an artist.

By the end of the basic training course, you will have ample knowledge and skills to be able to start working as a SMP artist in the industry.  

Course Timing

09:30 to 18:00 for all 3 days with a 30-minute break

Cost of Course

€3,500.00 with a 20% deposit required (which is non-refundable but transferable to the next available course) including equipment.
